Links to Orthodox resources for inquirers.

Here are a few links to various Orthodox resources that helped me when coming to the Orthodox faith.

The best way to learn about the Eastern Orthodox Church is to attend a Divine Liturgy service at an Orthodox Church and speak to the parish Priest. These resources should be used as a suppliment to your parish Priest with their input and approval.

Books

Books links are to stores and monastic publishers associated with the Orthodox Church. Many of these can be purchased via Amazon and other secular sources, but I prefer to refer inquirers and catechumens to publishers within the church. If you are attending an Orthodox Church there is an excellent chance that they will have an on site book store with these titles in stock, or they can order them for you.

YouTube Resources

This is a curated set of YouTube resources, weighted heavily towards creators that are, or have, served the church as members of the priesthood or are credentialed theologians from a recognized Orthodox Seminary. I have left out the populist, debate oriented YouTube creators as I don't feel this is the best way to represent the Church, it's beliefs or our Lord Jesus Christ in general. While there is nothing wrong with the debate format, I personally find it distasteful.
